I didn't get serviced by these guys but I went in trying to get some of my car fluids changed, it was pricey because of the type of fluid I needed in which i understood, but it was only when he tried to tell me that there was no fluids for my front and rear differential and that it say it take AT fluid, is when I got weirded out by that answer. Differentials normally take gear oil it says it in your owners manual, I tried telling him that but he wasn't having it and told me that i must have put in some random oil in there by mistake. Definitely didn't appreciate that. Not sure if i can trust service here hearing that.

I cannot speak highly enough about 1st Stop Car Care. I had an issue with my Acura RDX that no one including the dealer could figure out. They all had high cost solutions that did not make sense. I was introduced this place by another customer who travels 25 mi to only do business with this place. I gave them a shot and I was not disappointed. They diagnosed the problem which was simply new tires. This is my go-to place for servicing my cars.

Had some work done 7 months ago to fix VSC off and trac lights on cost me 2k to get this fixed. Went home and the car was making a weird sound, so I took it back, and they said they put in the wrong part, hence the noise, so they fixed it, no problem. Over the last few weeks, the VSC was off, Trax light and now the ABS light came on. It goes on and off, so I decided to take it in to see if it was the same issue as before. I went in and asked, and the frontend guy was rude and in a bad mood when one of the mechanics told him what was going on. I told him about me getting work done on this a while back and got super defensive, saying we have to look and see if it's in the warranty for the work they did 7 months ago. I told him the light wasn't on as of today but took a picture of it when it was on a day or so ago, he told me he could not do anything since the light was not on and sent me on my way. I contacted another mechanic and asked him the samething I told that guy and he said he would be able to check because once that VSC shows up will be in the memory of the car and can see what the issue is regardless of the light being on or off. Do not go here. it seems like they (cashier)

Professional and honest work. We brought our car for an oil change, and Bernie did an excellent job. He went above and beyond. We almost had it done at Evans tire down the street because we had a coupon. We are so glad we didn’t. They wanted to change the oil pan and it wasn’t even necessary. Again, thank you Bernie and 1st stop car care.

This location is incredible. My sweetheart obtained regarding 800$ worth of service her Honda Accord done here, and then her tire went flat a few days later (due to the fact that we drove to Vegas and also obtained 3 nails in one) and also she called and they stayed open previous closing just to do it for her because she had actually had work done here recently. The customer service is constantly exceptional with actually wonderful people that function below. There was no delay time when I came in to obtain my oil changed as well as break lights repaired, and they have outstanding rates. I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport and also it was just 35$ whereas places like Jiffy Lube over charge me. On the whole they do high quality work at good costs and also will be my most likely to for any type of work I need done on my vehicle!
